First visit? Go to the Beiramar. It is the most reviewed of the three, with 4.4/5 on Google from 4,758 reviews, and it opens at 11:45am every day. Driving to the northern beaches? Stop at the Container instead. It is cheaper and quicker. Wherever you sit, budget about R$54 for the signature Cheeseburger, Madero’s national reference price.
One warning about search results: this guide covers the burger chain, not the Hotel Porto Madero in Canasvieiras. On 11 October 2026 I checked every address, phone number and opening hour against Madero’s official restaurant pages, and took ratings from Restaurant Guru and TripAdvisor the same day. This is a desk check, not a visit report. Where a figure does not come from Florianópolis itself, such as the burger price, I say so and name the source.

Pick the Beiramar for the full Madero experience in central Floripa, the Container Primavera for a fast, cheaper burger on the road north, and the Villa Romana if you want the newest dining room or the Italian Legno menu.

Madero Steak House Beiramar Shopping (Centro)
Madero Beiramar is the one to choose in Florianópolis. It is the most reviewed location, ranked #113 of 1,955 restaurants in the city on TripAdvisor, and the easiest to reach from downtown. You will find it on the Sambaqui floor of Beiramar Shopping, a mall of about 210 stores with covered parking.

TripAdvisor still lists this location under its old name, “Madero Burger & Grill”. Same restaurant. Restaurant Guru also shows 8.1/10 on Foursquare from 778 ratings. Most reviews praise the modern room and the burgers. The one recent complaint I read was about the service, not the food.

Madero Steak House Villa Romana (Santa Mônica)
Madero Villa Romana is the newest Madero in Florianópolis. It opened on 19 August 2023 as the chain’s third location in the city, and it is the only one that also serves the Legno Ristorante Italiano pasta menu. It sits inside Villa Romana Shopping, the mall formerly known as Shopping Iguatemi Florianópolis. An old guide sending you to “Madero Iguatemi” means this one.

Architect Kethlen Ribas Durski designed the dining room. As at every Madero, the food comes from the group’s central kitchen in Ponta Grossa, Paraná (Acontecendo Aqui, 15 August 2023). I found no Google or TripAdvisor rating for this location, so I give none. One practical point: go by the restaurant’s hours, not the mall’s. The food court keeps different times.

Madero Container Primavera Garden (Saco Grande, SC-401)
Madero Container Primavera is the casual, lower-priced Madero in Florianópolis, open every day from 11:30am to 11pm on the SC-401 highway toward the northern beaches. It opened in August 2015 next to Primavera Garden, in a two-level container building of about 240 m² (2,580 sq ft) with 85 seats (Acontecendo Aqui, August 2015). Some local sources call the road Rodovia José Carlos Daux. It is the same road.

Restaurant Guru shows 4.4/5 on Google from 2,419 reviews, 4/5 on TripAdvisor from 78 reviews and 8.2/10 on Foursquare. Reviewers mention a calm room, friendly staff and an easy stop on the way north. Two orders keep coming up: the Duplo Bacon and the Italian soda. There is terrace seating.
Madero Florianópolis menu: what to order
The Madero Florianópolis menu is built around the Cheeseburger: a 180 g (6.3 oz) beef patty, organic lettuce and tomato, cheddar-style cheese and house-made mayonnaise. The Steak House locations add steaks such as L’Entrecôte. The Villa Romana adds Italian pasta from the Legno menu.
Madero publishes a PDF menu for each format (Steakhouse, Container, Prime, Madero + Jeronimo), in Portuguese and English, with a nutrition and allergen table. Ask for the cardápio if you are ordering in Portuguese. The national menu has a vegetarian and vegan section, but I could not confirm the name or price of the meat-free burger served in Florianópolis. Check the official Madero menus before you go.
For dessert, the Beiramar page features the Petit Gâteau de Doce de Leite, and the Container page features the brigadeiro de colher.

Budget about R$54 for a Madero Cheeseburger. Per person, count R$40–60 at the Container or R$60–140 at the Beiramar. The R$54 figure is Madero’s national reference price, not one I recorded on a Florianópolis menu.
In March 2026, a Forbes Brasil ranking built with the Brazilian Franchising Association (ABF) named the Madero Cheeseburger the most expensive chain burger in Brazil, at R$54 (Forbes Brasil, March 2026). Madero Florianópolis reviews: is it worth it?
Yes, if you want a dependable premium burger in a comfortable room. Both rated locations hold 4.4/5 on Google from thousands of reviews, and the Beiramar sits in the top 6% of Florianópolis restaurants on TripAdvisor. The catch is the bill: no chain in Brazil charges more for its cheeseburger.
My take: Madero is the safe pick, not the adventurous one. Every restaurant is supplied by the same central kitchen in Ponta Grossa, so a Cheeseburger in Floripa should taste like one in Curitiba. That is the point, and also the limit. At R$54 you are paying for consistency and a nice room, not for anything you can only eat on the island. With a week in Florianópolis, I would eat at the Container once, on a beach day, and spend the other burger nights at independent hamburguerias. How to get there: parking and access
Both Steak House locations are inside malls with parking, and the Container sits on the SC-401 highway. A car or a ride-hailing app is the easiest way in. Beiramar Shopping has covered parking (NSC Total). Villa Romana Shopping announces 1,200 parking spaces, a figure reported by QuintoAndar.
Madero’s official pages say nothing about parking or wheelchair access. Restaurant Guru lists both for the Beiramar and the Container, but those listings are self-reported and I could not verify them. Nor could I verify bus lines, so I list none.
Common mix-ups: Balneário Camboriú, Hotel Porto Madero and Iguatemi
Three mix-ups keep showing up in online listings for Madero Florianópolis.
- Av. Atlântica, 3180 is not in Florianópolis. That Madero, phone (47) 3367-8009, is in Balneário Camboriú, about 80 km (50 miles) north. Some guides, including Guia da Semana, file it under Florianópolis.
- Hotel Porto Madero is a hotel in Canasvieiras. It has no link to the burger chain.
- Madero Iguatemi is now Madero Villa Romana. The mall was renamed; the Madero there is the Villa Romana location.
