Mostaza Mendoza: Locations, Menu, Hours and Reviews (2026 Guide)
Where to find Argentina's own burger chain in Mendoza, which branch to pick, what a combo costs and how diners rate it, checked on October 9, 2026.

Mostaza, Argentina’s home-grown burger chain, had at least eight branches in Mendoza province according to 2024 local press, and two of them are in the city center. On foot? Go to the corner of San Martín and Catamarca, in the microcentro. Driving, eating late or feeding a group? Go to the AutoMostaza at Av. Colón and Patricias Mendocinas, three blocks from Plaza Independencia. It is the province’s first Mostaza drive-thru and the only central branch with its own parking lot. Combos ran ARS 18,500 to 23,500 on Rappi Argentina in 2026, and every Mendoza branch with a published Google score sits at 3.9/5. One warning before you set out: the published opening hours contradict each other, so check them live.

How I built this guide, and what I did not do
I built this guide from Mendoza’s business press, the chain’s official site and review aggregators, and every figure carries a date. I did not eat at these branches for this piece, so there is no tasting verdict here. What I can give you is a judgment on which branch fits which trip, based on location, format, parking and ratings.
Google ratings come from Restaurant Guru, which does not say when it captures them. I read them on October 9, 2026, the same day I checked every other source. Each phone number appeared in only one aggregator, sometimes attached to two different addresses, so I left them out. I did the same with street numbers that only one source gives.
What is Mostaza? Argentina’s own burger chain
Mostaza is an Argentine burger chain founded in 1998. It is now the country’s second-largest fast-food chain, behind McDonald’s. Its first restaurant opened at Boulevard Shopping in Adrogué, in the southern suburbs of Buenos Aires (Wikipedia; EnRetail).
By July 2026 the chain had 217 locations across all 23 Argentine provinces (Gente de Salta, July 21, 2026). In 2024, about 60% of its restaurants were run by franchisees (Mendoza Post). Derecha Diario reports a 2026 plan of about USD 40 million in investment, 30 new locations and more than 4,000 jobs in Argentina (Derecha Diario).
The brand slogan is “Nunca te achiques”, roughly “never back down”. In 2026 it lived up to it with a symbolic call for a franchisee in the Falkland Islands (Malvinas), framed as a statement of intent rather than a planned opening (Mercado; Perfil).
Mostaza vs McDonald’s and Burger King
The key difference is ownership: Mostaza is Argentine, while McDonald’s and Burger King are international brands. Nationally, Mostaza ranks second, right behind McDonald’s. I could not verify current branch counts for McDonald’s or Burger King in Mendoza, so I am not comparing them here.
How big is Mostaza in Mendoza?
Mendoza is one of Mostaza’s strongest provinces outside Buenos Aires. In 2024 it ranked third with 8 branches, behind Santa Fe (10) and Córdoba (9) and ahead of Tucumán (7), Neuquén (6) and Salta (5) (Mendoza Post). I found no confirmed opening in the province since July 2024. Treat “at least eight” as the safe count.

Mostaza Mendoza locations and addresses
Mostaza’s Mendoza branches are in the city center, in suburban malls and in two wine-country departments. Before 2024, the province had six: Mendoza Plaza Shopping, La Barraca Mall and Dorrego Mall (all in Guaymallén), Arena Maipú, Terra Malva in Luján de Cuyo, and an “all in one” format on Av. Hipólito Yrigoyen in San Rafael (Los Andes, February 27, 2024; Mendoza Post, April 3, 2024). Two more opened in the capital in 2024. The official Mostaza locations page has the live list.

AutoMostaza Colón: the drive-thru near Plaza Independencia
The AutoMostaza at Av. Colón and Patricias Mendocinas is Mendoza province’s first Mostaza drive-thru, three blocks from Plaza Independencia, with a private parking lot. Cars can enter from both streets. It opened in late June or early July 2024 as the province’s eighth branch (InfoMendoza, July 5, 2024; InSanJuan, June 28, 2024).

It is big. At the opening, InfoMendoza and Ecocuyo reported more than 380 m² (about 4,090 sq ft) of covered space, 150 seats inside and 32 on the terrace, and more than 80 jobs (Ecocuyo, July 5, 2024). Earlier reports gave other figures, so I use the opening-day numbers. The franchisee is Grupo PAP, a family business from San Juan that also runs two Mostazas in San Juan (InSanJuan).
This is the branch I would pick for a group, a car or a late bite after a day of winery visits. The parking lot alone puts it ahead of the walk-in branch a few blocks away.

San Martín and Catamarca: the downtown walk-in
Mostaza San Martín and Catamarca is the walk-in pick in the microcentro, and it was the first Mostaza in the provincial capital. It opened in early April 2024 on a corner where the Cambio Santiago currency exchange had stood for more than 40 years. The two-floor building covers more than 316 m² (about 3,400 sq ft), seats 90 and created more than 65 jobs (Mendoza Post; InfoMendoza, April 3, 2024).
I could not confirm its street number, phone, hours or Google rating. Search “Mostaza San Martín y Catamarca” in your maps app. Together, the two 2024 downtown openings employ more than 100 people, according to the city’s review of 2024 retail openings (Sitio Andino).
Mostaza Mendoza Plaza Shopping
Mostaza Mendoza Plaza Shopping is in unit 205 of the mall in Guaymallén, and it has more Google reviews than any other Mendoza branch I could check: 3.9/5 from 1,314. Restaurant Guru lists delivery, takeout, card payments and wheelchair access, and a price range of ARS 10,000 to 20,000 per person (Restaurant Guru). Listings disagree on the mall’s street address and the branch’s closing time, so check the mall’s own directory or Google Maps.
Mostaza La Barraca Mall and Dorrego Mall
Mostaza has two more mall branches in Guaymallén: La Barraca Mall and Dorrego Mall. La Barraca was the province’s fourth branch, announced on September 27, 2021. It sits in the food court, covers 130 m² (about 1,400 sq ft), seats more than 50, and offers self-service ordering kiosks, delivery and takeout (Mendoza Chic). I found no reliable address or details for the Dorrego Mall branch.

Mostaza Maipú and Luján de Cuyo: on the wine route
Mostaza also operates in Maipú and Luján de Cuyo, the two wine departments most visitors tour from the city. Both listings score 3.9/5 on Google and mention parking, which matters if you are driving between wineries.
- Maipú (Arena Maipú area): listed at Av. J. A. Maza 791, Maipú. Google 3.9/5 from 1,280 reviews, free parking listed (Restaurant Guru).
- Luján de Cuyo: listed at S. Corvalán and Roque Sáenz Peña. Google 3.9/5 from 794 reviews, and reviewers mention plenty of parking (Restaurant Guru). The press names the Luján branch as Terra Malva, and I could not confirm that this listing is the same place.
Mostaza Mendoza opening hours
No official source confirms current hours for any Mendoza branch, so check Google Maps or the Mostaza app on the day you go. Here is what the listings and press report.
| Branch | Reported hours | Status |
|---|---|---|
| AutoMostaza Colón | Announced as 24/7 at opening (InSanJuan); other opening reports give a different, garbled schedule | Unverified |
| San Martín and Catamarca | Not found | Unknown |
| Mendoza Plaza Shopping | Listings disagree on closing time | Unverified |
| Maipú | Daily, noon to midnight (Restaurant Guru) | Unverified |
| Luján de Cuyo | Sunday to Thursday 11 am to midnight; Friday and Saturday 11 am to 1 am (Restaurant Guru) | Unverified |
Is there a 24-hour Mostaza in Mendoza?
Possibly the AutoMostaza on Av. Colón, but I could not confirm it. InSanJuan reported 24/7 opening ahead of the launch in June 2024. A week later, InfoMendoza and Ecocuyo published a different schedule that looks copied wrong. If you are heading there after midnight, check live hours first.
Mostaza Mendoza menu: what to order
Mostaza’s menu is built around its Mega burgers, sold alone or as combos with fries and a drink. The names on Rappi in 2026 include the Mega Cuarto, Mega Deluxe and Mega Upam Taste, plus double versions such as the Doble Mega Cuarto and the Doble Mega Cuarto a Fondo. First time? Start with a Mega Cuarto combo. At ARS 18,500 it is the cheapest of the five combos priced below, and the doubles only add ARS 4,000 to 5,000 if you leave hungry.

Vegetarian and vegan options at Mostaza
Yes, Mostaza has meat-free burgers. The Mega NotBurger range was developed with food-tech company NotCo. Its patty is made from pea protein, chia, coconut oil, beet and spinach. The range includes the Mega Deluxe NotBurger, Mega Classic NotBurger, Mega Cuarto NotBurger and Mega Vegan NotBurger, which comes on a vegan bun (Vegconomist; Infogastronómica). I could not confirm which NotBurgers Mendoza branches sell today.
How much does Mostaza cost? Combo prices in ARS
A Mostaza combo cost between ARS 18,500 and 23,500 on Rappi Argentina in 2026. These are national reference prices, not Mendoza prices: the Mendoza Rappi page returned no content on October 9, 2026.
| Combo (burger, fries, drink) | Rappi Argentina price, 2026 |
|---|---|
| Combo Mega Cuarto | ARS 18,500 |
| Combo Mega Deluxe | ARS 18,900 |
| Combo Mega Upam Taste | ARS 19,500 |
| Combo Doble Mega Cuarto | ARS 22,500 |
| Combo Doble Mega Cuarto a Fondo | ARS 23,500 |

Argentine prices move fast. For the exact price at your branch, check the Mostaza app, PedidosYa or Rappi before you order. The app also runs the MostaClub loyalty program and bank-card promotions (mostazaweb.com.ar).
Mostaza Mendoza reviews: what diners say
On Google, Mostaza in Mendoza holds a flat 3.9/5: Mendoza Plaza Shopping, Maipú and Luján de Cuyo all score 3.9, from 794 to 1,314 reviews each. That is respectable for fast food. Nothing in those numbers makes one branch worth a detour over another, so pick by location. I found no published rating for the two 2024 downtown branches, and I left out a TripAdvisor score I could only see in a search snippet.

Which Mostaza should you choose in Mendoza?
Choose San Martín and Catamarca if you are walking the microcentro, and the AutoMostaza on Av. Colón if you are driving, in a group or eating late. For most visitors my pick is Colón: 182 seats, its own parking lot and an address three blocks from the main square. Mendoza Plaza Shopping only makes sense if you are already at the mall. Maipú and Luján de Cuyo are practical stops on a wine-route day, both with parking.
Mostaza delivery in Mendoza
You can order Mostaza for delivery in Mendoza. Delivery is listed for Mendoza Plaza Shopping and was announced for La Barraca Mall when it opened. The official Mostaza app handles orders and MostaClub rewards. Delivery coverage for the other branches is not confirmed, so enter your address in the app, PedidosYa or Rappi to see which branch serves you.
Beyond Mostaza: burgers in Mendoza and Argentina
Mostaza is a convenient fast-food stop, not a destination. Mendoza has a lively independent burger scene: in March 2026 the city hosted the second Mundial de la Hamburguesa, a burger contest with entrants from nine departments (Ciudad de Mendoza). For the smash burgers on Arístides Villanueva and more, see our best burgers in Mendoza page.
Traveling north? Our Mostaza Salta guide to locations and hours covers the same chain in Salta. Our city pages for Buenos Aires, Córdoba, Rosario, La Plata and Salta collect our burger coverage across Argentina. The Burger Breton restaurants hub lists every city we cover.
