Go to Henrietta Plaza. It is the best-rated of the three locations reviewed on Restaurantji (4.3/5 from 303 reviews), and the only one whose official page lists outdoor seating. In March 2024, a burger cost $7.19 to $11.29 in the Rochester area, according to the Democrat and Chronicle.

The official store pages give no phone number for Webster, Penfield or Victor, so I left those cells blank rather than guess. Greece is messier: the official address is 1948 Ridge Road West, Restaurantji says 1944 West Ridge Road, and the phone number above comes from Restaurantji alone.

If I had one Five Guys stop in Rochester, it would be Henrietta Plaza at 1100 Jefferson Road. It has the highest rating, outdoor seating and the easiest highway access.
The restaurant sits near the corner of Jefferson Road and East Henrietta Road, in south Rochester. The listing site storeopeninghours puts it about a minute from I-390 (the Genesee Expressway). The official page lists takeout, dine-in, delivery, outdoor seating, lunch and dinner. For anything else, call 585-272-1811.

Henrietta Plaza scores 4.3/5 on Restaurantji from 303 reviews: 4.4 for food, 4.4 for service, 4.3 for atmosphere. The split is wider than the average suggests. 62% of reviewers give five stars, yet 17% give one.
The praise is specific: food cooked to order, the fries, the staff, the strawberry milkshake. The orders reviewers name most are the bacon double cheeseburger with grilled jalapeños, Five Guys Style fries, the bacon cheeseburger with Cajun fries and the Little Bacon Cheeseburger. Restaurantji also lists vegetarian options, a kid-friendly setting and dogs allowed on the patio. Yelp shows 79 reviews, but its rating did not load for me.

Brighton’s 3.7/5 on Restaurantji comes from 173 reviews (food 4.1, service 4.1, atmosphere 3.8). 54% of reviewers give five stars, but 16% give two and 14% give one. That is nearly a third of reviewers leaving unhappy. Search snippets show 2.7/5 from 19 reviews on Yelp and 4.0/5 from 188 ratings on TripAdvisor; neither page would open for me to confirm.
Fans mention fresh fries, the Oreo milkshake, clean tables and staff who take dietary restrictions seriously. The most-cited orders are the Little Bacon Cheeseburger, the cheeseburger with Cajun fries, the grilled cheese, the kosher-style hot dog and the bacon cheese dog.

Those prices are more than two years old. Read them as a floor, not as today’s bill. Five Guys prices each location separately, and the ordering site would not load for me, so pick your store in the Five Guys app or on order.fiveguys.com to see the real total before you pay.
The Democrat and Chronicle published those prices after a Five Guys receipt went viral on X on March 1, 2024. It showed $24.10 for a $12.49 bacon cheeseburger, a $2.89 soda and $5.19 small fries, plus tax and tip. As WROC’s Rochester First pointed out, that receipt was not from Rochester. My take: if you are in Rochester for one burger, make it a local one, a Tom Wahl’s ground steak sandwich with a root beer. Five Guys earns its place when you want the order you already know, built your way, or when a craving hits near Jefferson Road at 9 p.m.
