Five Guys Dijon: Toison d'Or Address, Opening Hours, Prices & Reviews
Where to find Dijon's only Five Guys, when it opens (it's closed on Sundays), what a meal costs and what roughly 3,000 Google reviewers say about it.

Five Guys Dijon is on level 1 of La Toison d’Or shopping centre (Unit E114, Route de Langres, 21000 Dijon). It is open Monday to Saturday until 9:30 pm (21:30) and closed on Sundays. The phone number is +33 3 58 28 66 05. You can eat in, take away, order Click & Collect or get delivery through Deliveroo and Uber Eats. Google reviewers give it 4.3 out of 5 across about 3,000 reviews, and what they grumble about is the bill, not the burger. Searching for Big Fernand Dijon? It never opened at the Toison d’Or. Five Guys is the gourmet burger chain you will actually find there. I checked every fact below on 13 October 2026.

Where is Five Guys in Dijon?
Dijon has one Five Guys, on level 1 of La Toison d’Or, the shopping centre north of the city centre. The official address is Unit E114, Route de Langres, La Toison d’Or, 21000 Dijon.
La Toison d’Or is the largest shopping centre in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, with around 160 shops and restaurants. The Dijon Métropole tourist office says it was renovated and extended in 2013. The centre’s official list names 23 restaurants, and Five Guys is the only premium burger chain among them. Its neighbours include KFC, 3 Brasseurs, IT Trattoria and Bagel Corner.
At opening, the restaurant covered about 300 m² (roughly 3,200 sq ft), with 100 seats inside and 60 on a terrace, according to Toute la franchise in 2018. Whether that terrace is still in use, I could not confirm.

Five Guys Dijon opening hours: closed on Sundays
Five Guys Dijon is open Monday to Saturday and closes at 9:30 pm on every day it opens. On Sundays it is closed. That catches out weekend visitors, since Sunday is often the one free day for a trip to the shops.
The opening time is the one detail the sources disagree on. Restaurant Guru, Wanderlog and PagesJaunes say 10:30 am, other directories say 11:00 am, and the official page I retrieved gave no hours at all. If you plan to be there at opening, call ahead or check Google Maps that morning.
One aggregator, Sluurpy, claims the restaurant is closed on Saturdays and open on Sundays. No other source backs it up, so I have ignored it.
How to get to Five Guys Toison d’Or by tram, bus or car
Tram line T2 stops at Toison d’Or, bus line L6 serves the centre, and drivers reach it from the Dijon ring road. Parking is free, with 3,700 spaces, according to the Dijon Métropole tourist office.
I have not timed the walk from the tram stop to the Five Guys entrance, nor confirmed the name of the L6 stop. Check the Divia network website before you set off. By car it is simpler: free parking makes this the least stressful burger stop in Dijon.

Five Guys Dijon menu: burgers, fries and milkshakes
Five Guys Dijon serves the standard Five Guys France menu: burgers with fresh, hand-formed patties, 100% beef hot dogs, sandwiches, fries and vanilla-based milkshakes. Drinks are Coca-Cola and Dr Pepper.
- Burgers: hamburger, cheeseburger and “little” single-patty versions. Every burger is built to order.
- Toppings: free. Westfield lists 15 to choose from, and the official page claims more than 250,000 possible combinations.
- Hot dogs: 100% beef.
- Sandwiches: BLT, veggie sandwich and grilled cheese.
- Fries: classic or Cajun-style, cooked in refined peanut oil. The official page says they are cut fresh every day.
- Milkshakes: vanilla base with mix-ins. The Dijon page currently advertises new Iced Coffee and Pistachio shakes.
- Kids’ meal: from €8.50 (national price).

The official Dijon page also says the restaurant has no freezer. Reviewers bring up the fresh patties and fresh-cut fries more than anything else.

Five Guys Dijon prices: what a meal costs
There is no official price list for the Dijon restaurant that I could find. To help you budget, here are national French prices reported by third-party sites in 2026. They are not official, and Dijon may differ.
| Item | Reported national price (2026) |
|---|---|
| Little hamburger | €9.15 |
| Hamburger | €12.15 |
| Cheeseburger | €13.45 |
| Small fries | €5.75 |
| Kids’ meal | from €8.50 (official national menu) |
For comparison, a cheeseburger costs €14.65 on Uber Eats at the Paris Champs-Élysées restaurant, and delivery menus usually cost more than the counter. Sources: barometredesprix.fr, frmenus.com, ubereats.com and fiveguys.fr, checked 13 October 2026.
Bar chart of Five Guys prices reported in France in 2026 (in euros): little hamburger €9.15, hamburger €12.15, cheeseburger €13.45, cheeseburger on Uber Eats in Paris €14.65, small fries €5.75, kids’ meal from €8.50. These are national prices, not official Dijon prices. (Chart: Burger Breton, data from barometredesprix.fr, frmenus.com, ubereats.com and fiveguys.fr (checked 13 Oct 2026))
Add it up: a cheeseburger and small fries already reach €19.20 before a drink. Several reviewers say they paid €40 to €50 for two. That is steep for a shopping-centre lunch, and it is the main thing I hold against the place. On opening day in 2018, one customer told France Bleu (now ICI) he paid €21 for a cheeseburger, a large fries and a beer. Treat that as history, not as today’s price.
Five Guys Dijon reviews: what diners say
Five Guys Dijon scores 4.3/5 on Google across about 3,000 reviews and 3.6/5 on Tripadvisor across 150 reviews, where it ranks 17th of 418 fast-food restaurants in Dijon. Diners praise the food and the staff. They criticise the price.
The gap between the two scores tells you something. Google’s thousands of quick ratings reward the burger. Tripadvisor’s smaller crowd writes longer reviews, and those reviews dwell on the bill and the noise.
Five Guys Dijon ratings compared: 4.3/5 on Google (about 3,000 reviews) and 3.6/5 on Tripadvisor (150 reviews), where it ranks 17th of 418 fast-food restaurants in Dijon. (Chart: Burger Breton, data from Restaurant Guru and Wanderlog (checked 13 Oct 2026))
How I built this review summary
I have not rated the restaurant myself. I collected the ratings and review counts from Restaurant Guru and Wanderlog, which relay Google and Tripadvisor (Tripadvisor blocks direct access). Then I read recent reviews on Sluurpy, Wanderlog and PagesJaunes and grouped the points that kept coming back. Review counts change daily, so these figures are dated 13 October 2026. One rating of 4.6/5 from 250 reviews shows up in some search summaries; I could not trace it to any source, so it is out.
What reviewers like
- Fresh beef patties and homemade fries, classic or Cajun
- Building your own burger with free toppings
- Friendly staff and fast service
- Generous portions of fries
What reviewers criticise
- High prices for fast food: €40 to €50 for two, according to some
- Fries that sometimes arrive lukewarm or soft
- Queues at the drinks machines at peak times
- A noisy dining room
What Five Guys Dijon reviewers praise (fresh patties, generous fries, free toppings, friendly staff) and criticise (€40–50 for two, lukewarm fries, queues at the drinks machines, noise). (Table: Burger Breton, synthesis of reviews on Sluurpy, Wanderlog and PagesJaunes (checked 13 Oct 2026))
My verdict, drawn from the data rather than a meal: Five Guys Dijon is a reliable stop if you are already at La Toison d’Or or arriving by car. It is not worth crossing town for. Order the burger the way you want it and share one portion of fries between two. The portions are big, and the fries are also what reviewers most often call lukewarm. For a quiet table, avoid peak mealtimes.
Delivery and Click & Collect at Five Guys Dijon
Five Guys Dijon delivers through Deliveroo and Uber Eats and offers Click & Collect for pickup. The official Five Guys page lists both services, and the Westfield listing confirms them. The Five Guys Rewards loyalty programme works through your phone’s wallet.
Vegetarian, gluten-free and peanut allergy information
Vegetarians have the veggie sandwich. If you avoid gluten, you can ask for your burger wrapped in lettuce instead of a bun. The kitchen handles buns all day, so anyone with coeliac disease should ask the staff about cross-contact.
Peanut allergy warning: all fries are cooked in refined peanut oil, according to fiveguys.fr. Wanderlog also reports free self-service peanuts in Five Guys dining rooms, which I could not confirm for Dijon. If you have a peanut allergy, talk to the staff before you order.
Five Guys in Dijon: a short history
Five Guys opened at La Toison d’Or on Monday 25 June 2018 at 11 am, according to K6FM and France 3. It was the first Five Guys in Burgundy and one of the first ten in France. Toute la franchise counted it as the ninth French restaurant; France 3 and ICI said tenth.
The chain started in 1986 in Arlington County, Virginia, founded by Jerry and Janie Murrell. The original “five guys” were Jerry and their four sons, Jim, Matt, Chad and Ben. Five Guys now has more than 1,900 restaurants worldwide, according to Wikipedia. Its first French restaurant opened at Bercy Village in Paris in 2016.

Is there a Big Fernand in Dijon?
No. As of 13 October 2026, I found no Big Fernand restaurant operating in Dijon. Big Fernand announced a Dijon opening for February 2019, and that opening was postponed several times, according to mall-center.shopping. The Westfield La Toison d’Or page for Big Fernand now returns a 404 error, and the brand is missing from the centre’s official list of 23 restaurants.
Some websites list 03 80 74 18 88 as the number for “Big Fernand Dijon”. It is actually the switchboard of La Toison d’Or shopping centre. If you wanted a French-style gourmet burger at the Toison d’Or, Five Guys is the closest you will get. For Big Fernand itself, read our Big Fernand Toulouse review.
