The best burgers in Casablanca are at Pastrama in Racine for craft deli burgers, at Blend Gourmet Burger in Gauthier for the city’s long-running gourmet classic, and at Medina Burger on boulevard d’Anfa for the Tanjia Burger, a Moroccan twist that costs 119 MAD. For smash burgers, go to Ladoze Street Burger or Easy Burger. Expect to pay about 50 to 200 MAD (Moroccan dirhams) for a burger.

If you only have room for one, make it the Tanjia Burger. It’s the only burger on this list you couldn’t order in Paris or London.

Restaurant Guru counts 477 restaurants serving burgers in Casablanca in its October 2026 ranking. Most online lists of the city’s best burgers pad themselves out with kebab shops, delis, Italian places and global chains. I kept only burger specialists. Every price is in Moroccan dirhams (MAD, also written DH) and was checked on 25 October 2026.

How I ranked Casablanca’s burger restaurants

This ranking covers dedicated burger restaurants only, chosen from current menus, local directories and 2026 review data. It’s a desk ranking: I haven’t eaten at these ten for this edition, and I’ll add tasting notes as I visit.

• Sources: the official menu when there is one (Pastrama), menu listings (Yumlo for Medina Burger), the July 2026 burger guide on guide-casa.ma, the Restaurant Guru October 2026 ranking, and directory pages on Wanderlog and Mapstr.
• Open in 2026: every restaurant is listed as active in 2026 directories. Hours change, so check Google Maps before you go.
• Left out: global chains (McDonald’s, Burger King), kebab shops, delis such as Néo Deli, and Wayback Burgers in Maârif, which I could not confirm is still trading in 2026.
• No copied scores: aggregators give different Google ratings for the same restaurant, so I don’t print star ratings. Review volume and consistency counted toward the order.
• Prices: each price comes from the source named next to it and was checked on 25 October 2026. Where no reliable price exists, I say so.

The 10 best burger restaurants in Casablanca

Pastrama tops the list and Texas Burger closes it. Each entry gives the full address, the hours and an official link where one exists.

1. Pastrama – Deli & Craft Burger (Racine)

Pastrama is the best gourmet burger in Casablanca right now: a deli and craft burger bar in Racine that puts its own pastrami on burgers. The Peper’n’pastrama and the Truffle Burger cost 129 MAD each, and the Tartare Burger and the Spice’n’Pepperoni Burger cost 115 MAD. Every burger comes with fries, coleslaw and a sauce. One order is dinner.

Why first? Pastrama is the only place on this list with a working website and a full priced menu, and it does the deli work in-house: the ribs, for instance, cook for 8 hours. That combination of transparency and craft is rare in this city.

2. Blend Gourmet Burger (Gauthier)

Blend Gourmet Burger is Casablanca’s established gourmet burger address, in the Gauthier district. The menu runs from a double cheeseburger and a truffle-mayo burger to poutine, cheesecakes and milkshakes. Guide-casa.ma puts the price range at 100 to 200 MAD.

It is older than some directories suggest. In September 2013, Médias24 reported that Victor Garnier, founder of the Paris restaurant Blend Hamburger Gourmet, accused the Casablanca Blend of copying his concept. So the Casablanca restaurant was already trading in 2013.

3. Medina Burger – Anfa (boulevard d’Anfa)

Medina Burger serves the most Moroccan burger in Casablanca: the Tanjia Burger, at 119 MAD. The 100% beef patty is cooked tanjia-style, after Marrakech’s slow-cooked jar dish, then topped with mozzarella and a house sauce. Buns are made in-house. Coleslaw comes with every burger.

The rest of the menu is fairly priced. On Yumlo’s listing, the Classic is 69 MAD, the Chicken Chipotle 79 MAD and the Truffle Burger 109 MAD. Medina Burger also has a restaurant in Marrakech. The Anfa branch is the late-night option, open until 2 am.

4. Ladoze Street Burger (Oasis and boulevard de Nice)

Ladoze Street Burger is Casablanca’s go-to smash burger chain, with two branches and prices of 50 to 100 MAD per person. It’s priced for a weeknight, not an occasion. You can also order online through Klit.

5. Easy Burger (rue Ennahas Annahoui)

Easy Burger is a small smash burger specialist whose reviews on Google and Tripadvisor are fewer than the big names’ but consistently strong. There is no website and no Instagram account that I could find. Call ahead.

6. Oncle Blend (rue Bab al Mendeb)

Oncle Blend is the burger restaurant for a long evening out in Casablanca. It sits halfway between a steakhouse and a French brasserie: burgers share the menu with entrecôtes and tartares, there’s a cocktail bar, and the dining room goes for an industrial, steampunk look.

Burger Glory is a neighborhood burger joint, and its reviewers keep praising one thing: everything is homemade. Budget 50 to 100 MAD per person. It’s closed on Sundays.

Nelly Burger is an evening-only burger spot in Les Princesses known for its brioche buns and house pickles, at 50 to 100 MAD. Cash only, so bring dirhams.

9. La Table du Burger

La Table du Burger is one of the few Casablanca burger bars where the chicken burger, the Lowa Chicken Burger, is the signature. There’s also a double cheeseburger with fresh-cut fries. It’s open every day until midnight.

Texas Burger closes out the top 10 with American-style burgers, and the Hulk is its signature. It’s a small place with fewer reviews than the rest of this list. Don’t go on a Wednesday: it’s closed.

Oh My Bun: Morocco’s smash burger pioneer

Oh My Bun bills itself as Morocco’s first smash burger chain, and it matters to the city’s burger story even though it isn’t in my top 10. Achraf Tahiri, from Meknès and a graduate of the American school in Ifrane, founded it in early 2021. By June 2022 it had opened its first franchise abroad, with two restaurants in Amsterdam (TelQuel, Femmes du Maroc).

The Gauthier branch is at the corner of rue Gauthier and rue El Bouhtouri. In the review data I checked, it scores well below every pick above. That’s why it gets a mention, not a ranking. On Glovo, the Dar Bouazza branch lists the Double Cheese Burger menu at 109 MAD and the Cheese Burger menu at 89 MAD. I couldn’t confirm Casablanca city prices or how many restaurants it runs today. There’s also a branch in Rabat.

Best smash burger in Casablanca

For a smash burger in Casablanca, go to Ladoze Street Burger for value and two branches, or Easy Burger for a small specialist with strong reviews. Oh My Bun, launched in 2021, is the local brand credited with bringing the style to Morocco.

Gauthier and Racine are the best areas of Casablanca for gourmet burgers. Boulevard d’Anfa and Oasis are where you go for late-night and smash burgers.

• Gauthier: Blend Gourmet Burger and Oh My Bun, a few streets apart.
• Racine: Pastrama, the strongest craft burger menu in the city.
• Anfa: Medina Burger at 45 boulevard d’Anfa, open until 2 am.
• Oasis and boulevard de Nice: both Ladoze Street Burger branches, the original on rue des Mésanges.
• Maârif: the district where Wayback Burgers, the Connecticut chain, opened Morocco’s first branch on 6 November 2017, at 10 bis rue Ibn Yala Al Ifrani (Fast Casual). I found no sign it is still trading in 2026.
