Lotteria Da Nang: Addresses, Hours and What Happened to Burger King
Burger King has all but left Vietnam. The two verified Lotteria branches in Da Nang, their hours and prices, and the real status of the airport Burger King.

If you want a burger chain in Da Nang, go to Lotteria, not Burger King. As of 8 October 2026, the two Lotteria branches I could verify are at 90 Đường 2/9 (open 7:00 am to 10:30 pm) and on the ground floor of LOTTE Mart, 6 Nại Nam (open 8:00 am to 10:00 pm). Both are in Hải Châu district and both score 7.4/10 on Foody. Burger King has no confirmed restaurant in the city: its only listed outlet is a counter airside at Da Nang International Airport, and Foody marks it as closed.
I built this guide from Foody listings, Vietnamese and regional business press, and the airport counter’s directory pages, then cross-checked every entry on 8 October 2026. Any address I could only find on undated aggregator lists stayed out. To be clear about what this is: a verified directory, not a tasting. I did not eat at either branch for this update, so the verdicts below lean on 249 Foody reviews, not on my own tray. The rest of the city’s burger scene is in our Da Nang burger guide.
Is there a Burger King in Da Nang?
No. Burger King has no confirmed restaurant in Da Nang city, and the airport counter is the only outlet still listed. That counter is reported on the 2nd floor, airside, in Terminal 1 (domestic) and Terminal 2 (international). Its Foody listing reads ‘closed / no activity for more than 3 months’, so treat it as unconfirmed and check again when you travel.
An old Facebook page called ‘Burger King Hùng Vương Đà Nẵng’ still turns up in search. Its phone number uses the old +84 511 area code, which Da Nang retired years ago. The restaurant behind it is long gone. Don’t plan a trip around it.
Why Burger King shrank in Vietnam
Burger King cut its Vietnam network down to four restaurants, all in Ho Chi Minh City, by April 2026. According to The Investor, the chain’s only restaurant in Kiên Giang province had already closed. Then it shut all three Hanoi branches in the one to two weeks before 8 April 2026: C4 Giảng Võ in Ba Đình, 99 Trung Hòa in Cầu Giấy and 3 Xuân Diệu in Tây Hồ (CafeF, Kenh14).
The brand entered Vietnam in late 2011 or 2012; sources disagree on the year. Inside Retail Asia reports that the original 2012 plan called for 60 restaurants in five years. The chain never got past 16, its 2016 peak. Its franchisee is Blue Kite Food & Beverage Services (Cánh Diều Xanh), a subsidiary of Imex Pan-Pacific Group (IPP). Kenh14 reports that Burger King Vietnam called the Hanoi closures a ‘change of business model’ and a ‘temporary suspension’, and said it was keeping its airport outlets. For the full Hanoi story, see our Hanoi burger guide. If you still want a Whopper in Vietnam, your only confirmed option is in our Ho Chi Minh City burger guide.

Burger King at Da Nang Airport: terminals, hours and access
The Da Nang airport Burger King is listed in both terminals, but you can only reach it after security and its current status is unconfirmed. Here is what the sources say, and where they conflict.

The Foody rating breaks down as location 6.3, space 6.1, service 5.6, quality 5.5 and price 4.7. Reviews on Foody and Wanderlog are mixed: people like the burgers themselves and some of the staff, then complain about the wait, the professionalism and prices that feel steep even by airport standards. That 4.7 for price is the lowest sub-score of any outlet in this guide.
My advice: don’t count on this counter. Eat in town before your flight, and if it does turn out to be open, treat the Whopper as a bonus.
Lotteria Da Nang: the two verified branches
Lotteria is the burger chain to use in Da Nang, and its 2/9 and LOTTE Mart branches are the two I could fully verify. Both sit in Hải Châu, the central district on the west bank of the Han River, and both carry the same Foody rating. Pick whichever is closer.

Lotteria Đường 2/9: address and opening hours
Lotteria Đường 2/9 is at 90 Đường 2/9, Bình Thuận ward, Hải Châu district, open daily from 7:00 am to 10:30 pm with last orders at 9:30 pm. It opens earliest of the two, which makes it the one to know for breakfast.
- Address: 90 Đường 2/9, P. Bình Thuận, Q. Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng
- Hours: 7:00 am–10:30 pm (last order 9:30 pm)
- Price range on Foody: 18,000–310,000 VND
- Foody rating: 7.4/10 from 101 reviews (location 7.8, space 7.6, price 7.3, quality 7.3, service 6.8)
- Source: Foody listing, checked 8 October 2026
Lotteria LOTTE Mart Da Nang: address and opening hours
Lotteria LOTTE Mart is on the ground floor of LOTTE Mart, 6 Nại Nam, Hòa Cường Bắc ward, Hải Châu district, open daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. It has the most Foody reviews and the best service score in this guide. If I had to pick one, it would be this branch, for that service score and the cheap weekday lunch set.
- Address: Tầng 1, LOTTE Mart, 6 Nại Nam, P. Hòa Cường Bắc, Q. Hải Châu, Đà Nẵng
- Hours: 8:00 am–10:00 pm
- Price range on Foody: 40,000–110,000 VND
- Foody rating: 7.4/10 from 148 reviews (location 7.7, quality 7.6, space 7.6, price 7.2, service 7.0)
- Weekday lunch: reviewers mention a 35,000 VND lunch set, Monday to Friday, 11:00 am–2:00 pm

Other Lotteria branches in Da Nang
Undated aggregator lists name more Lotteria branches in Da Nang, including some in Sơn Trà and Hòa Khánh. I tried to confirm them on the official lotteria.vn locator, but it would not load when I checked, so they are not in this guide. Before you go to one, check the Lotteria app or Google Maps.
Lotteria menu and prices in Da Nang
Foody lists prices of 18,000–310,000 VND at Lotteria Đường 2/9 and 40,000–110,000 VND at LOTTE Mart. The cheapest deal I could verify is the 35,000 VND weekday lunch set at LOTTE Mart.
Lotteria’s Vietnamese menu goes beyond burgers. Next to the burgers and fried chicken, it has rice dishes and spaghetti made for the local market (Wikipedia). Blogs quote per-item prices for burgers and combos, but I could not find a dated price on lotteria.vn, so I am not publishing them. Check the app or the official menu at lotteria.vn before you order.

Lotteria Da Nang reviews: what customers say
Foody reviewers rate both Da Nang branches 7.4/10. They praise the fried chicken, crispy and served hot, and the roomy dining rooms. They complain about slow, uneven service. Across the two branches, it breaks down like this:
- Praised: fried chicken that is crispy and served hot; spacious dining rooms; a varied menu.
- Criticized: waiting times; service that changes from one visit to the next; quality that is uneven from dish to dish.

The sub-scores say the same thing. Service is the weakest score at both branches (6.8 and 7.0), and location and space are the strongest. Read together, that tells me what Lotteria is in Da Nang: a cheap, dependable stop for fried chicken and a burger when you are in Hải Châu, not a reason to cross the river. If you came to Da Nang for a great burger, Lotteria is the fallback, not the plan.
Foody ratings in Da Nang: both Lotteria branches score 7.4/10 (101 and 148 reviews), the airport Burger King 5.7/10 (28 reviews), checked 8 October 2026 (Chart: Burger Breton, data from Foody.vn listings, rendered with QuickChart, 800×450)
Lotteria: the Korean-Japanese chain that leads Vietnam’s burger market
Lotteria is the largest burger fast-food chain in Vietnam, with 222 restaurants in 2025, ahead of Jollibee (213) and KFC (172), according to The Investor. Shin Kyuk-ho founded it in Tokyo on 2 February 1972, and it belongs to the Lotte group. That is why one of the Da Nang branches sits inside a LOTTE Mart.
According to the Vietnamese press, Lotteria opened its first Vietnamese restaurant in 1998, on Lê Lợi street in Ho Chi Minh City; Wikipedia gives 2004. The chain also operates in South Korea, and our Seoul burger guide covers it there. For how the burger reached Asia in the first place, read our history of the hamburger.
Fast food in Da Nang: burger chains compared
Of the big burger chains, only Lotteria has verified restaurants in Da Nang today. Burger King is down to an airport counter with an unconfirmed status, and I found no source showing a McDonald’s in the city. KFC and Jollibee are mainly chicken chains, and I have not confirmed their Da Nang addresses.
| Chain | Restaurants in Vietnam | Da Nang status (checked 8 Oct 2026) | Foody rating in Da Nang |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lotteria | 222 (2025) | 2 verified branches in Hải Châu; others listed but unconfirmed | 7.4/10 (both branches) |
| Jollibee | 213 (2025) | Not confirmed by my sources | Not checked |
| KFC | 172 (2025) | Not confirmed by my sources | Not checked |
| Burger King | 4, all in Ho Chi Minh City (April 2026) | Airport counter only, airside; Foody marks it closed | 5.7/10 (airport) |
| McDonald’s | In Vietnam since 2014 | No Da Nang restaurant found in any source | n/a |

Burger King is shrinking in other Asian markets too, though not everywhere. Compare our guide to Burger King in Bandung, and see what the brand is launching elsewhere in Burger King’s new Whopper for 2026. All our city guides are in the Restaurants section.
FAQ: Burger King and Lotteria in Da Nang
Is there a Burger King in Da Nang? No confirmed one in the city. The only listed Burger King is an airside counter at Da Nang International Airport, and Foody marks it as closed as of 8 October 2026.
Is the Da Nang airport Burger King open, and in which terminal? It is listed on the 2nd floor, after security, in Terminal 1 (domestic) and Terminal 2 (international), with hours given as 6:00 am–10:00 pm. Foody shows it as inactive for more than three months, so treat it as unconfirmed and check when you travel.
Can I get to the airport Burger King without a plane ticket? No. It is in the restricted zone after the security check, so only passengers who have cleared security can reach it.
Why did Burger King close its restaurants in Vietnam? Burger King Vietnam told Kenh14 that the April 2026 Hanoi closures were a ‘change of business model’ and a ‘temporary suspension’. The Investor points to intense competition in the market. The chain went from 16 restaurants in 2016 to 4 in April 2026, all in Ho Chi Minh City.
Where is Lotteria in Da Nang? The two verified branches are at 90 Đường 2/9 and on the ground floor of LOTTE Mart, 6 Nại Nam, both in Hải Châu district. I could not verify a branch near My Khe beach; check the Lotteria app for one closer to An Thượng.
What are Lotteria Da Nang’s opening hours? The Đường 2/9 branch opens 7:00 am–10:30 pm (last order 9:30 pm). The LOTTE Mart branch opens 8:00 am–10:00 pm.
How much does Lotteria cost in Da Nang? Foody lists 18,000–310,000 VND at Đường 2/9 and 40,000–110,000 VND at LOTTE Mart. Reviewers mention a 35,000 VND weekday lunch set at LOTTE Mart (11:00 am–2:00 pm). I could not find a dated official price for individual burgers.
Does Lotteria Da Nang deliver through GrabFood or ShopeeFood? I could not verify delivery for either branch. Search ‘Lotteria’ in GrabFood or ShopeeFood from your address to see what is available.
Is there a McDonald’s in Da Nang? No source I found mentions one. McDonald’s opened in Vietnam in 2014, and in 2023–2024 it was in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Bình Dương and Nha Trang.
How I checked this guide
Every fact here was checked on 8 October 2026. Addresses, hours, price ranges and ratings come from each branch’s Foody listing; Burger King’s network figures come from The Investor, Inside Retail Asia, CafeF and Kenh14. I left out Google Maps and Tripadvisor ratings because I could not read them directly, and any address or price that only appeared on undated blogs or aggregators. This was desk verification, not a tasting visit. If you spot a change, tell us and I will update the guide.
