Goiko Valencia: Addresses, Opening Hours, Menu and Reviews (2026)
Which of Valencia's Goiko restaurants to pick, when they open, what to order and what diners say, with every fact checked on 8 October 2026.

Goiko has three confirmed restaurants in Valencia: Calle de la Paz 9 and Martínez Cubells 4 in the old town (Ciutat Vella), and Avenida d’Aragó 26 in El Pla del Real. My pick for most visitors is Goiko La Paz 9. It’s the most central, it’s the only one whose official page lists a terrace, and it has more reviews than Aragó, the other rated address. All three open at midday (Aragó at 1 pm Monday to Wednesday) and close at 11:30 pm early in the week, midnight Thursday to Sunday. Each serves a burger you won’t find at any other Goiko.
How I checked: every address, phone number and opening time below comes from Goiko’s own restaurant pages, read on 8 October 2026. Opening dates come from the Spanish trade and local press that covered each launch, and ratings from Gastroranking, which pulls in Google, Just Eat and Tripadvisor. Where I couldn’t confirm something, I say so.

Goiko itself warns that hours can change and sends diners to Google for the latest times. Check on the day, especially on a public holiday or during Fallas.
Goiko La Paz 9: the best Goiko in central Valencia
Goiko La Paz, at Calle de la Paz 9 in the La Xerea part of Ciutat Vella, is the Goiko I’d send you to in central Valencia. It opened in early 2017 as the chain’s second restaurant in the city (Valencia Plaza).

No Goiko in the city lists more services. The official page has dine-in, takeaway, delivery, online booking, a pet-friendly terrace, free wifi, a kids’ menu, a baby-changing table and a wheelchair-accessible entrance.

Its exclusive is La Coqueta: oregano provolone, caramelised tomatoes, fried aubergine, red onion and batavia lettuce. Of the three, it’s the one I’d order first. It’s built on vegetables rather than more meat and more sauce, which suits a city that still eats from its huerta.
Gastroranking combines 9,640 reviews for La Paz into a score of 8.8/10: 9.0 on Google (8,424 reviews), 7.8 on Just Eat (715) and 7.4 on Tripadvisor (501). It ranks 4th of 53 burger restaurants in Valencia on that site (Gastroranking).
Goiko Martínez Cubells 4: the original Goiko in Valencia
Goiko Martínez Cubells, at Martínez Cubells 4 (46002), is where Goiko started in Valencia, and the second old-town option. It opened on 18 January 2017 with 160 m² and 70 seats. Valencia was the chain’s first city outside Madrid (Alimarket).
The exclusive here is La Senyoreta: ñora pepper aioli, Roncal cheese, a sweet potato and bacon hash brown, mushrooms and a fried green pepper. Ñora, the small dried pepper that goes into rice dishes across Valencia, Alicante and Murcia, gives the aioli its regional accent. The Catalan-Valencian name helps too.
The official page lists free wifi, a kids’ menu, a baby-changing table and step-free access. There’s no terrace listed, so don’t plan on eating outside.
Goiko Aragó 26: the pick away from the old town
Goiko Aragó, at Avenida d’Aragó 26 in El Pla del Real, makes sense if you’re staying east of the old town or heading to a match at Mestalla. It opened on Saturday 13 May 2017 as Valencia’s third Goiko (Official Press).
Its exclusive is La Explotada: a Monterey Jack and leek croquette, confit sun-dried tomatoes, fried leek, lamb’s lettuce, house mayonnaise and crispy bacon. Services listed on the official page are wifi, a kids’ menu, a baby-changing table and step-free access.
On Gastroranking, Aragó 26 scores 8.8/10 across 9,056 reviews: 9.0 on Google (7,837), 8.4 on Just Eat (976) and 7.4 on Tripadvisor (244) (Gastroranking).

Other Goiko locations around Valencia (unconfirmed)
Two more Goiko locations appear in press reports, but I couldn’t confirm that either is open today. Check Google Maps before you go.
- Alfred Torán i Olmos 7, at the corner of Avenida de Francia near the City of Arts and Sciences. Announced in May 2019 as the fourth Valencia Goiko: 321 m², with an exclusive called La Torrá (Valencian orange marmalade, smoked mayonnaise, goat’s cheese, bacon, grilled onion, rocket) (Viernes Gastronómicos). Restaurant Guru still lists it, but Goiko’s website has no page for it.
- Alfafar, on Calle del Alcalde José Puertes opposite the MN4 shopping centre. Reported in April 2023 as the fifth Goiko in the province and the first outside the city: 450 m², with La Alfa Romero (beef, rosemary goat’s cheese, pulled pork, barbecue sauce, red onion, batavia) (Alimarket). I found no official page with its street number, phone or hours.

The other two confirmed addresses are Martínez Cubells 4 (39.46813, -0.37474) and Avenida d’Aragó 26 in El Pla del Real (39.47096, -0.35757). Goiko Valencia menu: what to order
The Goiko menu in Valencia is the chain’s national menu plus one exclusive burger per restaurant. The official menu covers starters, burgers, smash burgers, Chicken Lovers, a kids’ menu, salads, desserts, drinks and set menus, with a gluten-free section and an allergen page.
Signature Goiko burgers
The national line-up includes the Tres Razas, Kevin Truff, Kevin Beast, Kevin Bacon, Kevin Costner, M-30, Pigma, Retro, Moza and Veggie Mercury. The Kevin Bacon is the chain’s best-seller: bacon is minced into the beef patty, then topped with crispy onion and cheese (Tendance Hôtellerie). First time at Goiko? Order that one.
Valencia-only burgers
Each Valencia exclusive is served only at its own restaurant. That’s a chain-wide rule: every Goiko has a burger of its own, like La Zarangolla in Murcia or the King Lyon in France (Alimarket).

Vegetarian and gluten-free options
Vegetarians get the Veggie Mercury. Coeliacs get a dedicated gluten-free section and an allergen page. Read the allergen page before ordering; burger names won’t tell you what’s in the bun.
Goiko Valencia prices
Budget roughly €10–20 per person at Goiko in Valencia. Gastroranking puts the average at under €20 a head at Aragó 26, and Restaurant Guru gives €10–20. Goiko’s online menu shows no prices, and I couldn’t find an official Valencia price list, so I’m not quoting per-burger prices here. The online ordering page for each restaurant shows current prices.
Goiko Valencia reviews: what diners say
Diners rate Goiko well in Valencia, but it depends where you look. Google is the most generous: both rated addresses, La Paz 9 and Aragó 26, score 9.0/10. Tripadvisor is cooler at 7.4. Just Eat, which mostly reflects delivery, lands in between.
Goiko Valencia ratings by platform, grouped bar chart on a 0–10 scale. La Paz 9 vs Aragó 26: Google 9.0 vs 9.0, Just Eat 7.8 vs 8.4, Tripadvisor 7.4 vs 7.4, Gastroranking aggregate 8.8 vs 8.8. Data: Gastroranking, 8 October 2026. (Chart: Burger Breton, data from Gastroranking (gastroranking.es/r/goiko-pau-9_135757 and /r/goiko-darago-26_141417) (facts, no license required))
Gastroranking’s summary for Aragó 26 lists the recurring themes:
- Praise: generous gourmet burgers, attentive service, quick turnaround, clean dining room.
- Complaints: slow delivery (around an hour reported), burgers that are hard to eat neatly, and the temperature in the dining room.
My reading: the complaints are mostly about delivery. Eat in if you can. Review totals also differ from one aggregator to the next, so treat them as orders of magnitude rather than exact counts.
Booking, takeaway and delivery
Book a table at Goiko Valencia online at goiko.com/es/reservas. Delivery and takeaway orders go through goiko.com/es/delivery. La Paz 9 officially offers all three. For the other two addresses, the booking page shows what’s available.
Goiko’s story: from Madrid to Valencia
Goiko is a Spanish burger chain founded in Madrid in 2013 by Andoni Goicoechea (Goikoetxea), a Venezuelan doctor of Basque descent (Viernes Gastronómicos). Valencia, in January 2017, was its first city outside Madrid.
Growth came fast. By February 2019 Goiko had 57 restaurants, and private equity firm L Catterton owned 80% of the company (Alimarket). The 100th opened in September 2022 at the Nueva Condomina centre in Murcia (Alimarket). Lyon followed in February 2023 (Tendance Hôtellerie).
Goiko’s growth, step chart of restaurant count: founded in Madrid in 2013, first restaurant outside Madrid in Valencia in January 2017, 57 restaurants in February 2019 and the 100th in Murcia in September 2022. (Chart: Burger Breton, data from Alimarket (2017, 2019, 2022) (facts, no license required))
Is Goiko worth it compared with Valencia’s independent burger joints?
Yes, as a reliable choice. It’s not the most original burger in the city. Goiko gives you long hours, online booking, steady 9/10 Google scores and one burger per address you can’t get anywhere else. Gastroranking ranks La Paz 4th of 53 burger restaurants in Valencia. My advice: go to La Paz for La Coqueta, or to Aragó if you’re near Mestalla, and keep an evening for the independent bars in Russafa or El Carmen. Our Valencia burger page collects every Valencia address we cover.
