Three El Corral branches in Bogotá are worth planning around, and each fits a different hour of the day. Hungry late at night? Go to El Corral Calle 85 in the Zona T. For table service and a cocktail, head to the new El Corral Gourmet on Parque de la 93, open since October 15, 2026. El Corral Unicentro in Usaquén is the one for lunch between shops. Whichever you pick, order the Todoterreno, the chain’s double-patty signature, and budget 40,000 to 60,000 COP per person. Ten Bogotá branches average 4.5/5 on Google.

El Corral Bogotá at a glance: which branch to choose

Calle 85 is the late-night choice, the Gourmet is for a sit-down meal and Unicentro is the practical mall stop. I checked every detail in this table on November 3, 2026, against the sources cited in each section. Where they disagree on hours or phone numbers, I say so and leave the gap rather than guess.

Parque de la 93, home of the new El Corral Gourmet, is about 1 km to the northeast (the restaurant’s exact address is not published yet). Unicentro mall (Avenida 15 # 124-30, Usaquén) is near the top of the map, about 4 km north. (Map: © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL 1.0, https://www.openstreetmap.org/copyright)

El Corral Calle 85: 24-hour food in the Zona T

El Corral Calle 85, at Calle 85 # 13-77 in the Zona T, is the branch most often listed as Bogotá’s only 24-hour El Corral. Colombian news site Pulzo named it in its January 2024 roundup of restaurants open around the clock, noting the late-night crowds and night-shift workers it draws. Lonely Planet also lists it as a 24-hour outlet.

There is a catch. Other directories disagree: noon to 5 am on Restaurant Guru, 11 am to 9 pm on enBogota. Before you head out at 3 am, check the store locator on elcorral.com or Google Maps. I could not confirm a working phone number for this branch, so none is listed here.

Restaurant Guru, which relays Google data, gives the branch 4.4/5 from 1,866 Google reviews and lists takeaway, delivery and wheelchair access. In January 2024, Pulzo put burgers and hot dogs here at 20,000 to 40,000 COP.

El Corral Gourmet Parque de la 93: the new flagship

El Corral Gourmet Parque de la 93 opened on October 15, 2026, as the brand’s new flagship. Noticias RCN reports 150 seats and a forecast of more than 2,300 burgers a month. Dogs are welcome, and the bar pours signature cocktails such as El Ahumado and The Black Ghost for the after-work crowd.

Parque de la 93 is a leisure and shopping park on Calle 93, in the El Chicó neighbourhood of north Bogotá, and the city government lists it among the capital’s main dining districts. RCN does not give the restaurant’s street address, and the hours have not been published yet. Check Google Maps or the official site before you go.

What’s on the Gourmet launch menu

The launch menu leans on premium beef and Todoterreno variations. According to Noticias RCN:

  • SoHo burger, a limited edition from October 15 to November 15, 2026: wagyu beef, bacon, double American cheddar, pickles and egg.
  • Todoterreno range in five versions: Blue Cheese, Crispy Chicken, Pulled Pork BBQ, Tex Mex and Birria.
  • Certified Angus Beef cuts.
  • Sides including orzo and mac & cheese.

El Corral vs El Corral Gourmet: the difference

El Corral Gourmet is the chain’s sit-down format: table service, a restaurant-bar and dishes you won’t find at classic branches, which work as counter-service burger restaurants. The first Gourmet opened in 2001. La República counted 14 Gourmet restaurants in April 2026; RCN said 16 in October 2026, across Bogotá, Medellín and Cali.

El Corral Unicentro: the Usaquén mall branch

El Corral Unicentro is inside the Unicentro shopping centre at Avenida 15 (Carrera 15) # 124-30, in Usaquén. The mall’s own page lists it as open 9 am to 10 pm, Monday to Sunday. One aggregator gives shorter hours (10 am to 9 pm Sunday to Thursday, 10 am to 10 pm Friday and Saturday), so confirm before a late visit.

The phone number on the mall’s page, (601) 213 8800, is Unicentro’s switchboard, not the restaurant’s direct line.

El Corral Bogotá menu: what to order

Order the Todoterreno. It is the chain’s best-seller, 15 to 20% of El Corral’s sales according to company president Felipe Baquero Saldarriaga in La República (April 2026). The breakfast version on El Corral’s official menu stacks two 90 g patties with bacon, a fried egg, American cheddar and queso fresco, Colombia’s fresh white cheese.

There is more than one Todoterreno. Rappi lists the Clásica and the Callejera, and in 2025 the chain launched Insignia editions of both the Corral and the Todoterreno, according to Noticias RCN. The Gourmet flagship adds the five variations listed above.

El Corral calls its food “anti-fast food”: everything made to order, it says, never reheated. Google reviewers keep coming back to two things, the thick milkshakes and the free self-serve sauces, honey mustard above all.

Are there vegetarian burgers at El Corral?

I could not confirm vegetarian or vegan options on El Corral’s Bogotá menu. The only mention I found came from an unofficial source, so check the official menu on elcorral.com or ask at the counter.

El Corral Bogotá prices in 2026

Plan on 40,000 to 60,000 COP per person for a burger, fries and a drink, the range Culture Trip and Restaurant Guru give. The Todoterreno prices below are the ones I found on Rappi Bogotá on November 3, 2026. They are delivery-app prices and may differ from what you pay at the counter.

Item (Rappi Bogotá) Burger only Combo
Todoterreno Clásica (Turbo store) 38,900 COP 46,900 COP
Todoterreno Callejera (Turbo store) 40,900 COP 48,900 COP
Todoterreno Clásica (standard Rappi store) 34,400 COP n/a
Todoterreno Callejera (standard Rappi store) 36,400 COP n/a

I could not confirm 2026 dine-in prices for the classic burger, fries or milkshakes, so they are not in this table.

El Corral Bogotá reviews: what customers say

Google reviewers rate El Corral well in Bogotá: ten of its branches in the city average 4.5/5 across 18,053 reviews, as of October 20, 2026. That is our own reading of Google Maps, using the method we apply to every chain on the site.

El Corral Bogotá Google ratings, horizontal bar chart. All 10 Bogotá branches: 4.5/5 from 18,053 reviews (Burger Breton reading of Google Maps, October 20, 2026). (Chart: Burger Breton, original work (CC BY 4.0); data: Google Maps (October 20, 2026) and Restaurant Guru, https://restaurantguru.com/Hamburguesas-El-Corral-Bogota-108)

  • Praised: juicy burgers, good fries, thick milkshakes, free sauces (especially the honey mustard), spacious dining rooms.
  • Criticized: waits at peak hours, patties cooked unevenly, curt service when the room is full, and prices some find high.

My take: come to El Corral to taste what Bogotá actually eats on a weeknight, not for a craft burger worth crossing the city for. The chain claims 45% of Colombia’s burger market, so it is the national default, and the Todoterreno is the reason it got there. If you want a proper meal with a drink, the Gourmet is the better bet. Calle 85’s real selling point is simpler: it is open when almost nothing else is.

How to order El Corral delivery in Bogotá

El Corral delivers through its website, its call centre, in-store kiosks and Rappi, including Rappi Turbo, according to Noticias RCN. Delivery and platforms make up 20% of sales and dine-in the other 80%, per La República. In April 2026 the company said WhatsApp ordering would arrive within three months; I could not confirm that it has launched.

El Corral’s story: a Bogotá chain since 1983

El Corral is Colombian: it opened in Bogotá on February 8, 1983, opposite the tunnel of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Chapinero. The founders, Pablo Emilio Bueno and Guillermo Calderón, were 24-year-old students at the CESA business school, and the restaurant began as their final-year project (Pulzo, May 2024). I could not confirm whether the original site still operates, so don’t plan a pilgrimage there.

Grupo Nutresa bought the chain in 2014 for 830 billion COP (Portafolio), and the Gilinski group took control of Nutresa in 2023. As of April 11, 2026, there were 221 El Corral restaurants and 14 El Corral Gourmet restaurants, with 25 openings planned for the year (La República). The chain sells more than 16 million burgers a year, about 1,800 an hour.

Is El Corral better than McDonald’s in Colombia?

By sales, yes. El Corral’s operating company, IRCC, recorded 732.1 billion COP in sales in 2024 (up 6.9%), a little ahead of McDonald’s Colombian operator, according to Halcones y Palomas. The chain claims 45.1% of Colombia’s burger market and more than 18 million customers a year (Noticias RCN). Whether it tastes better is your call, but at home it outsells the global giant.
