Best Burger Toulouse: 1 Verified Pick for 2026
I could verify only one Toulouse burger address for 2026, so I am not publishing an unverified top 10.
Where can you get a reliable burger in Toulouse in 2026? I worked through a ten-address shortlist and only one passed every check: Big Fernand Toulouse Wilson, for dine-in, takeaway and delivery. One cleared. Nine didn’t — so I publish one, not a made-up top 10.
Best burger in Toulouse: what I verified for 2026
Only one Toulouse burger restaurant meets my 2026 verification bar so far: Big Fernand Toulouse Wilson.
I opened both official Big Fernand pages on 2026-09-29. The page titled Burger à Toulouse Wilson lists menu, dine-in, takeaway and delivery in central Toulouse, and the official restaurant list confirms 2026 opening status. Sources: Big Fernand Toulouse Wilson and official restaurant list. The official page places it in the central Wilson / Capitole area, near allées Jean Jaurès and marché Victor Hugo.

How I rank burger restaurants before recommending them
I do not rank a restaurant until it passes every check below. I applied the same screen to all ten Toulouse names and dropped nine.
- open and existing in 2026, confirmed on the official site plus Google Business Profile or local press
- full street address and neighbourhood confirmed by a primary source
- Google rating plus review count recorded per listing, cross-checked with TripAdvisor
- signature build, prices in EUR and hours confirmed by the official menu or dated press
- working official link, tested in this order: official site, then official Instagram, then Google Business Profile
The one verified address in central Toulouse
Big Fernand Toulouse Wilson is the only entry I can list with a working official source in this English guide.
Big Fernand describes its offer as French gourmet hamburgers with homemade Fernandines fries prepared each morning. Source: Big Fernand restaurants. I place it in central Toulouse in the Wilson / Capitole area named on its official page. I would rather give you one solid fallback than ten guesses: I have no verified street number, signature burger name, price, hours, rating or award in this brief, so I state none here.
