Portland, Oregon has exactly one Five Guys: Five Guys – Lloyd Center, 1200 NE Broadway St., Portland, OR 97232, phone (503) 444-8141. You can eat in, order ahead for pickup or get delivery. The nearest MAX stop is Lloyd Center/NE 11th Ave, on the Blue and Red lines. I checked the address, services and menu on the chain’s own pages on October 23, 2026.

Where to find Five Guys in the Lloyd District
The restaurant is at 1200 NE Broadway St., in Unit 110 at the northwest corner of the Lloyd’s Station building. Lloyd’s Station is a shopping center anchored by a grocery store, one block north of the main entrance of Lloyd Center mall (Willamette Week, Urban Works Real Estate).
“Five Guys Lloyd Center” and “Five Guys NE Broadway” are the same place. Locals use the mall as their landmark, and so does the chain: the official name is Five Guys – Lloyd Center.
The unit has some local history. Until 2019 it housed Prime Rib + Chocolate Cake, a Restaurants Unlimited concept (Bridgetown Bites).

Five Guys Portland hours: what we could confirm
Five Guys Portland opens at 10:30 a.m. every day. On October 23, 2026, I could not pin down when it closes. When the restaurant opened in June 2022, Bridgetown Bites gave 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Storeopeninghours.com now says 10 p.m. The official store page loads its hours dynamically, and I couldn’t read them reliably.
Five Guys Portland hours by source. Bridgetown Bites, June 2022: 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. storeopeninghours.com, October 2026: 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Official store page: hours load dynamically and could not be read. (Table: Burger Breton, from Bridgetown Bites (2022), storeopeninghours.com and restaurants.fiveguys.com, checked 2026-10-23)
So if you’re eating after 9:30 p.m., check the official Five Guys Lloyd Center page or call (503) 444-8141 first. An hour’s gap is too much to gamble on when you’re hungry.
Getting there by MAX, streetcar or bus
By transit, the easiest way to get there is the Lloyd Center/NE 11th Ave MAX station, at NE Holladay St and NE 11th Ave. Wikipedia confirms that Blue and Red line trains stop there (source).

Storeopeninghours.com also lists the MAX Green line, the A Loop and B Loop streetcars, and bus lines 6, 8, 17, 70, 77 and 157 nearby. I couldn’t confirm those with TriMet, so check trimet.org before you ride.
Parking, wheelchair access and accepted payment methods: no primary source I found covers them. If any of these matter for your visit, call ahead.
Ordering, pickup and delivery
You can order at the counter, online for pickup or for delivery. Online orders go through the Five Guys website and app, and delivery runs through DoorDash and Uber Eats.
One discrepancy: the chain’s Portland city page lists curbside service, but the restaurant’s own page doesn’t. If you want curbside, ask when you order.
Five Guys Portland menu: what to order
The menu here is the national Five Guys menu: hand-formed fresh beef burgers, all-beef hot dogs split and grilled, sandwiches including a BLT, fries, shakes, and Coca-Cola and Dr Pepper drinks (official menu).
Customization is the whole point. The store page claims more than 250,000 ways to build a burger and more than 1,000 shake combinations, and it says the beef is fresh, with “no freezers in our restaurants.”
- Burgers: hand-formed patties with free toppings of your choice. Curious what goes into the classic? Julia rebuilt it in her Five Guys cheeseburger copycat recipe.
- Smaller burgers: the Little burgers have one patty instead of two. Julia breaks one down in her Five Guys Little Cheeseburger copycat.
- Bacon burgers: for bacon without cheese, read the Five Guys Bacon Burger copycat recipe.
- Fries: “Five Guys style” or Cajun, cut fresh and cooked twice in 100% refined peanut oil.
- Shakes: a vanilla base with mix-ins. A limited-edition Blackberry Shake was on the menu on October 23, 2026.
- Hot dogs and sandwiches: all-beef hot dogs, the BLT and other sandwiches.
My order for a first visit: a burger with the toppings you actually like and a single order of fries for two. Portion size is the one thing reviewers keep bringing up about the fries, and splitting an order is how you avoid leaving half the bag behind.
Is Five Guys Lloyd Center worth the trip?
Go if you’re already in the Lloyd District; don’t cross town for it. That’s my take. Nothing on this menu is unique to Portland: it’s the same lineup Five Guys serves in more than 2,000 restaurants. Portland, meanwhile, has Burgerville, the chain founded in 1961 across the river in Vancouver, Washington, which brings back Walla Walla onion rings every summer, and food cart pods where the cook smashes your patty in front of you. If you’re shopping at Lloyd Center or riding MAX through the district, Five Guys is a dependable stop. If you came to Portland to eat burgers, start with our Portland burger guide.
Five Guys Portland prices and Oregon sales tax
I couldn’t confirm prices on October 23, 2026, so this guide lists none. The ordering site and DoorDash blocked my checks, and national “menu price” sites contradict each other. For the real price in US dollars, open the Five Guys app or website, select the Lloyd Center location and build your order.
One thing works in your favor: Oregon has no sales tax. The price on the menu is what you pay, plus any tip.
What diners say: Five Guys Lloyd Center reviews
Diners like the burgers and the portions. They complain about weekend waits and prices. Those themes keep coming up in reviews collected by aggregators such as atly.com. I’m not quoting a Google, Yelp or TripAdvisor star rating because I couldn’t get the numbers.
What reviewers like:
- Burgers cooked well
- Generous portions, especially the fries
- A spacious, clean dining room
- Staff who stay efficient at peak times
What reviewers criticize:
- Long waits at weekend peak hours
- A dining room that gets messy when it’s full
- Prices many diners find high
For the record, storeopeninghours.com shows 3 out of 5 from 22 reviews. That’s a small platform, and 22 reviews is too few to judge a restaurant on.
How Five Guys arrived in Portland
Five Guys Lloyd Center opened on Friday, June 17, 2022, a few weeks after the late-May date first planned. It was the first Five Guys inside Portland city limits (Bridgetown Bites).
Until then, Portlanders drove to the suburbs for it: Beaverton, Happy Valley, Hillsboro, Milwaukie or Tualatin. Willamette Week compared the buzz around the opening to the hype that follows In-N-Out (source).
The restaurant is run by franchisee Northwest Burgers & Fries, owned by Bill Marble. It hired 40 to 50 full- and part-time staff for the opening.

Portland, Maine is a different city
This guide covers Portland, Oregon, not Portland, Maine. On October 23, 2026, the official Five Guys store list for Maine showed a location in South Portland but none in Portland itself. If you’re in Maine, start there.
