The best burgers in Bangkok that we could verify start in Silom, where 25 Degrees Bangkok serves its Signature Burger around the clock at the Pullman Bangkok Hotel G, 188 Silom Road. Two more names passed our checks: Daniel Thaiger, which bills itself as an “American Gourmet Burger” brand established in 2013, and Easy Burger, whose official menu page was still live in 2026.

Bangkok burger scene: key facts

• Late night: 25 Degrees Bangkok states it is open 24/7. It is the only one of the three with verified late hours.
• Price: the one dated price is the 25 Degrees weekday lunch set (Signature Burger, fries and a drink), THB 380 net mid-size or THB 495 net up-size, from 11 am to 3 pm.
• Longest-running: Daniel Thaiger has been making burgers in Bangkok since 2013, by its own account.
• Neighbourhoods: Silom is covered. Burger addresses in Sukhumvit, Thonglor, Ekkamai and Sathorn are not verified yet.
